ROCCHE DELL’ANNUNZIATA
Rocche dell’Annunziata is one of the historical, prestigious “grand cru” from La Morra village purchased in 1990. This vineyard is exposed to the sun the all day so we allow the shoots to grow and we arrange them in the canopy to protect the grapes from direct sun exposure. This helps to preserve the aromatics and slow down the ripeness. Enrico recognizes this vineyard to be one the most complex and elegant of the winery. Multilayers, silkiness in the tannins, delicacy but power, grand allure is the Barolo from Rocche dell’Annunziata, therefore in the best vintages, this cru is vinified as a Barolo riserva.
